The advertising identifier is designed to allow you to limit the use of information collected about you. To stop any collection of information through an application, you can uninstall the application.

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically send a signal to the online services you visit asking them to not follow you. Therefore, unless required by law, Topla! will not respond to these signals or other mechanisms.

However, if you disable cookies and other device tracking features, you may not be able to use certain features of our websites or app.

COMMUNICATIONS

To provide you with an outstanding service, we may send you communications related to your transactions, security, or administration of our websites or applications. Topla! may also send you other messages or updates about our websites, apps or promotions. If you do not wish to receive promotional communications from Topla!, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in those communications.

Please note that even if you choose not to receive promotional communications, we may continue to send you various non-promotional emails about your account, services or our ongoing business relationships.

Topla! uses physical, electronic and administrative measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. Topla! has restricted authorized access to your personal information to those who have a legitimate reason to know the information in order to provide you with products or services, and to those whom you have authorized to have access to the information. We store all the information you provide to us behind firewalls on our secured servers. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL and 3D Secure technology. The security of your information is also up to you.

When we give you (or when you choose) a password to access certain areas of our websites or applications, you are responsible for the confidentiality of that password. We ask you not to disclose your password to anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not a hundred percent secure. We do our best to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information submitted to our websites or applications.
